Our Vision & 2023 Goals

Goal 1: Education

In 2023 we will work to ensure that the members of First Baptist Church know:

1.) the biblical definition of a disciple (a believer who continues in the word - John 8:31).

2.) what it means to be a disciple-making church (Matthew 28:19-20).

Goal 2: Evaluation

In 2023 we pray that God calls each member to evaluate his/her ministry. We must intentionally pray that God raises up more teachers, preachers, servants, Pastors, Deacons, and ministry leaders at First Baptist Church and all across western Oklahoma.

Goal 3: Implementation

In 2023 we will work to more effectively make disciples, by:

1.) Calling a Discipleship/Music Pastor

2.) Establishing an intentional equipping ministry for FBCEC & ministry leaders from other local churches

3.) Crafting a culture that places disciple-making at the heart of every ministry/endeavor
